Add lighting along 138th Way SE
Confirm (in writing) that there will be:
20 mph speed limit "at all times" signage
"Drug Free Zone" signage
"Block Watch" sign
Confirm that all new run-off and drainage will be directed to the retention basin at the south side of the school property
Direct routing of small load construction traffic to the school site via the north entrance of 136th Avenue SE
Provide detailed landscaping plans for the west side of the school property
Provide detail plans for planting circles in the cul-de-sacs
Confirm that the same (or complimentary) trees will be planted in the planting strips on both sides of 136th Avenue SE
Relocate planned sidewalk on the west side of 136th Ave SE to conserve existing plantings, which are a buffer to these homeowners. Existing plantings should not be removed without consultation with adjacent homeowners and a certified arborist.
Appoint a city project contact and a site manager contact so we know whom to address with any future concerns
Limit size of the groundbreaking ceremony for the school. A large event would not be appropriate for the following reasons: lack of parking, lack of public facilities, standing water, uneven ground and high grasses.

Confirm that the following traffic calming measures will be undertaken:
20 mph speed limit "at all times" signage
A pair of bulb outs (2) at SE 84th Court
One very large bulb out on the southeast corner of 135th Avenue SE and SE 85th Street (Lot 25) Two (2) pairs of bulb outs (in lieu of medians) at crest
Vertical curbs on all bulb outs with built in handicap ramps
Temporary "practice" bulb outs (jersey barriers) during school construction
Stop signs at SE 84th Court, SE 85th Street and 135th Place SE
Crossing guard at the intersection of 135th Avenue SE and 136th Avenue SE before and after school
Provide stamped, colored concrete at either end of 135th Ave SE
Sidewalks in bulb outs should be installed on the outside perimeter consistent with existing sidewalks

Intersection of 135th Avenue SE and Coal Creek Parkway
Confirm that school buses will continue to stop inside the development through out the CCP construction period
Remove the white fence around the City's storm drainage pond and replace with black rail consistent with the installation on the west- side of CCP.
Will retaining walls be required for this drainage pond as a result of the construction?
Locate traffic control cabinet on the west side of CCP to improve visibility
Provide plans that reflect scope of excavation in relation to existing homeowner backyards between 135th Ave SE and Olympus Entrance on the east -side of CCP. Ensure that the structural integrity of Lots 1 to 4 will be maintained.
Provide City's revised signing and pavement marking plan for the intersection of 135th Ave SE and CCP as soon as possible.
Provide length of yellow marking on 135th Avenue SE indicating two-way traffic. Consider yellow turtles as an alternative to paint.
Place right and left hand turn signs only on the signal mast arms
Confirm that stamped concrete crosswalks will be located at both ends of 135th Avenue SE
Mile Post street lamp and a raised manhole cover (grassy area on the north side)
Indicate where the existing manhole cover will be in relation to the revised curb and sidewalk
Confirm that the manhole cover will be lowered to grade and appropriately camouflaged with landscaping
Relocate the existing street lamp in Mile Post after installation of the City streetlights (preferably in dark area on 135th Place SE)
Consult with a professional landscape designer to lesson the impact of the various control junction boxes and the electrical service cabinet
Provide residents with revised landscaping plans. Such plans must indicate the position of the existing entry landscaping.
Irrigate all right of way landscaping
Improve the current condition of the "cut hill" on the west side of Coal Creek Parkway just south of the entrance to Mile Post
Remove debris on top of hill
Plant evergreens, ferns and drought tolerant ground cover (fern rescue from the school site should be considered.)
Seed mixtures should be avoided
